SVCC Canoe Trip on June 17 – Register Today!

Join the Saint Vrain Creek Coalition on a half-day canoe trip on June 17th! The trip will take place from 9am to 2pm, and will be organized by The River’s Path. We’ll be floating a 4 mile section of the creek in Weld County – the exact location will be determined as the date gets closer, depending on flows. Lunch will be generously provided by The River’s Path!

There are still 9 seats available for the trip with SVCC Board and Staff – we would love to have you join us for this great experience!  Seats are $65 per person, thanks to a discount through The River’s Path.

You can register by following the below steps (please see this attachment if you have any issues registering – it includes images of the steps). If you have any trouble, please feel free to get in touch with Erika by email or by calling 303-774-4513.

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the blue “Book a Day Trip” button on the right side of the screen.
  3. A calendar will open up, and you’ll have to go to June 17th, and select the “Kurtz Ranch St. Vrain” trip OR the “SVCC Trip” (the Kurtz Ranch trip will be re-named to be the SVCC Trip soon).
  4. You can select the group rate at $65, or, if you decide to pay the full price for the trip ($75), Lauren, founder of The River’s Path, has said she will donate $10 to the SVCC! (thank you, Lauren!!)
  5. You’ll complete waivers the day of the trip, so no need to worry about that when registering.

More information will be sent out to those attending as we get closer to June 17th. If you want to take a look at what you should bring, you can check out the “Day Trip” page on The River’s Path website:
